Ok, I know it has been a long time since last post, but life has definitely been crazy busy! In the middle of all the madness, I was able to scrape away some time to put together a Hello Kitty Cake for a gentleman I ran into at Wegmans.
Granted this was about 2 weeks ago, but it’s all good. Better later than never.
The cake itself is a delicious devils food filled with chocolate custard. Fondant is covering the outside, as well as being used for the decor. Eight year old Marie and family loved it!
